The Chairman, National Human Rights Commisson, reacted to the Statement by army spokesman Col. Usman qho questioned the editorial judgement of Daily Trust in releasing the photo which doesn't cast a good image for them. The NHRC took to twitter to slam the statement by the Army as offensive & counter-productive.
